Require members to input an appropriate sponsor code when checking out for a Sponsored/Group Members membership level. This will add another level of security to your membership level, ensuring that only the correct “child” accounts are created.

Note: The Sponsored Members Add On is no longer in development and will be officially unsupported in 2025.

If you are using Sponsored Members we strongly encourage you to migrate to the Group Accounts Add On. The Group Accounts Add On replaces the code-based system in Sponsored Members with more features, MMPU compatibility, and no-code setup.

  • There will be no new features added to Sponsored Members.
  • We are devoting minimal time to maintain the current version for compatibility with PMPro v3.1 and lower.
  • We cannot guarantee that Sponsored Members will continue to work with PMPro v3.2 and higher.
  • PMPro v4.0 will break backwards compatibility with the Sponsored Members Add On.
